In the center of the farm, there is a beautiful 70 acre lake which provides the main source of our land's best nutrients - aquatic weeds. We manually gather these aquatic weeds during the spring and summer seasons. We then dry, grain and spread them over our farm. These aquatic weeds are full of minerals and various nutrients. It serves as a clean, healthy and balanced food for our soil. We also raise chicken and ducks. These friends play an important role in keeping our land healthy and fertile.​
